By purchasing one or more of our templates or any product from our site you are agreeing to the following terms.
Templates and/or logos you are purchasing are to be used on eBay® and and BISI. Please read the following Terms of Use before purchase. If you agree, then proceed with your order.
UPDATE 2/15/08 - My designs will be released for other sites soon. Due to the fee increase at eBay® I have decided to release all my templates to be used at other sites. Once I get a list of sites I will add them here.
All templates are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated.
Templates can only be used by the eBay® username you bought them for. If you have multiple usernames please contact us prior to purchase.
Templates are sole property of EZ Auction Templates and cannot be sold, given away or added to another collection.
All coding in templates must remain as is and cannot be changed in any way.
All copyright information, including logos and links, must remain on the templates.
You may not change any graphics in our templates. If you want something customized you must contact us prior to purchase.
Auction Templates and any graphics within the auction templates cannot be used as Storefronts, About Me pages or custom pages without prior consent.
No templates can be used on your main website (outside of eBay®) , including other auction sites, without prior consent.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products sold on EZ Auction Templates, no refunds are offered. However, I will do everything I can to help you get the best possible results out of your templates.
